Grange Bowls Club

Small, friendly Indoor Bowls Club that meets from September to April in the King Memorial Hall, Grange.

We meet at 6.45 for a 7pm start on a Wednesday evening with some training before club matches if required

New players are always welcome, with no prior knowledge necessary

League matches against other local clubs

GBC was set up in 1976 so next year will be its 50th anniversary!

Badminton Club

Friendly badminton club meets 7-9pm on Friday evenings. Coaching between 6:30 – 7pm. All standards welcome. £3 per session.

Paws on the Move 

DOG TRAINING CLASSES at King Memorial Hall, Grange 

GENERAL OBEDIENCE CLASS – Sundays 10am

For dogs who may have missed initial training or need a little help with basic obedience including recall and loose lead walking.

PUPPY CLASS – Sundays 11am

All puppies welcome after second vaccinations to 8 months old.

Covering puppy ownership, responsibilities, appropriate socialisation, habituation and basic training to include recall, loose lead walking, stay, voluntary handling, grooming and much more.

OBEDIENCE EXTRA CLASS – Sundays 12pm

Suitable for dogs over 8 months old which already have a basic level of obedience and can comfortably work in the presence of other dogs.

This class will include Rally Obedience with a course of exercises such as turns, sit, down, stand, figures of 8 and spirals as well as more complex obedience exercises and aspects of scentwork.
