Yoga classes are held in the King Memorial Hall on Monday mornings from 9.45 am to 11.15 am every week, other than during school holidays. The classes include exercises to develop strength and flexibility and some relaxation and meditation. They are geared to suit all abilities from beginners to people with previous experience with yoga. The classes are ‘pay as you go’, so you can come along for as many or as few as you wish.
